Christ the Redeemer sent his disciples to extend his saving work to the ends of the earth: “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit–teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. Behold, I am with you to the end of the age.” (Mt. 28:19-20)
Christ the Redeemer Parish, in obedience to the mandate of Our Blessed Lord, strives first to be a parish of intentional disciples by means of personal and communal prayer and a commitment to being faithful amid all of life’s challenges. Second, as disciples we strive to extend the saving work of Jesus by our corporal and spiritual works of of mercy. By both our devotion to Christ and our practical witness to charity, Jesus is the center of our personal and parish life.
Our faithfulness is contagious. Together, we invite everyone to make Christ the center of his or her life, convinced that it is Christ, Who remains with us always, is the one Who gives the growth.
